COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see
will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
TURNAROUND TIME
Once your order is placed, you will receive a proof via email within 2-3 working days of receipt of order. Once customer provides approval of final proof, production time is 5-7 working days. Green Ink allows up to two proofs free of charge. Any additional proofs will require a $5 payment.
Proofs are sent via email for you to proofread all information. Green Ink is not responsible for any typographical errors once final approval
is given via email.

PHOTOGRAPHY & CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
By sending a photograph(s) to Green Ink, customer warrants that he/she owns the rights to the photo(s) and has the authority to give
Green Ink permission to reproduce from the photo(s) enclosed. Customer will send a written release from the photographer for any
professionally taken photo(s) enclosed. Please email your photo in JPEG file format with a minimum resolution of 600 x 735 pixels (w x h) to photos@shopgreenink.com. If you are not happy with the photo(s) chosen and wish to start over with a new photo, you will need to pay a
$10 photo set-up charge.
